Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data EVERYSTYLISHMAN (“we”) collects through everystylishman.com and how we use it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Mailing list: your email address, if you sign up.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Your bag and currency choice: stored in your own browser so they're there when you come back. Your bag isn't sent to us until you check out.

We don't see or store card details. Payments are handled by Flutterwave, which is PCI-DSS certified.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, contact you about it, handle returns, and (only if you've signed up) send you news about new drops. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider (Flutterwave), our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, our hosting provider, and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@everystylishman.com.
